Refund Policy

At Otorgar Tour and Travels, we strive to process all eligible refunds quickly and transparently. However, the timeline and eligibility for refunds are governed by our travel partners' policies and applicable fare conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only on bookings that are canceled as per the terms stated in our cancellation policy.
• Non-refundable fares and services are not eligible for any refund.
• Partial refunds may be issued in case of partially used tickets or travel components.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used during booking (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
• A confirmation email will be sent once the refund request is submitted and another once it's processed.
• We will initiate the refund within 7–21 business days, depending on the airline, hotel, or vendor involved.
• Some international refunds may take longer due to banking regulations and currency conversions.

3. Service Fees

• Otorgar Tour and Travels may deduct a nominal service fee for processing the refund, apart from any airline/vendor-imposed charges.
• In case of full-service waivers or refunds from suppliers, we may still retain a processing fee.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No-show by the customer

Incomplete travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)

Visa rejection after flight/hotel confirmation

Cancellations made after the cutoff window defined by the airline/hotel

Services purchased under "non-refundable" or "promo fare" tags

5. Refunds for Cancelled Flights/Services

• If an airline cancels a flight or reschedules it significantly, we will offer either a full refund or a travel credit, subject to airline approval.
• If a hotel or tour operator cancels a service, we will coordinate a refund or reschedule option on your behalf.
