1. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or customer service channels.
• A booking is confirmed only upon full or partial payment as per the trip package or airline requirement.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information (name, passport number, dates, etc.) during the booking process.

2. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and select payment gateways.
• Full payment may be required at the time of booking for some services (especially international flights or holiday packages).
• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges vary based on the airline, travel partner, and type of service booked. Refer to the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.
• Otorgar Tour and Travels may charge a service fee in addition to supplier cancellation charges.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original mode of payment within 7-21 business days.
• No refund will be made for no-shows or partially utilized services.

4. Amendment & Rescheduling Policy

• Any changes to travel dates, passenger names, or destinations are subject to availability and fare difference.
• Airlines and third-party suppliers may impose additional charges for modifications.
• All amendments must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the departure time (unless stated otherwise).

5. Travel Documentation

• For international travel, passengers must possess a valid passport, visa, and any required vaccination or health documentation.
• Otorgar Tour and Travels is not responsible for delays or denial of boarding due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
• It is your responsibility to check the travel advisories, entry requirements, and transit regulations of the destination country.

6. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or baggage loss.
• Otorgar Tour and Travels may offer optional travel insurance plans at the time of booking.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Otorgar Tour and Travels acts as a booking intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by any third-party supplier or unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, political instability, etc.).
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Force Majeure

Otorgar Tour and Travels shall not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Political unrest
• Acts of terrorism
• Governmental restrictions

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site or our services for unlawful purposes.
• Make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
• Copy, distribute, or modify any part of our website without prior written consent.
• Interfere with the functioning of our website or customer support system.
