Cancellation Policy
At Otorgar Tour and Travels, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while also reflecting the rules of our airline, hotel, and service partners. The terms below apply to all domestic and international bookings made through our website, app, or authorized agents.
1. General Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellations must be made through our official customer support or online booking portal.
- Cancellation requests are processed as per the fare rules of the airline or travel provider involved.
- Otorgar Tour and Travels will charge a service cancellation fee in addition to the supplier's cancellation charges.
2. Domestic Flight Cancellation
- Airlines may charge a cancellation fee depending on the fare type and time of cancellation.
- Most low-cost domestic fares are non-refundable but may allow rescheduling with a penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and at least 7 days before departure) may be eligible for a full refund under airline-specific 24-hour cancellation rules.
3. International Flight Cancellation
- International tickets are generally more restrictive and may involve higher cancellation charges.
- Some fares are non-refundable once booked, especially promotional or discounted tickets.
- Refundable international tickets can be canceled with applicable airline and service fees.
- Visa denial, documentation issues, or immigration rejection will not be considered grounds for refund unless the airline permits it.
4. Holiday Package Cancellation
- For packages (flight + hotel + sightseeing), the cancellation policy will depend on the individual components and supplier rules.
- Hotels may have specific cancellation windows (24–72 hours before check-in), after which penalties may apply.
- Tours and transfers are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
Important Note
Cancellation policies vary significantly between airlines and service providers. Always check the specific terms of your booking before making cancellation decisions.
5. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
In cases of natural calamities, government-imposed travel bans, pandemics, or airline strikes, we follow the policies of the airline or hotel. Refunds or credit vouchers may be offered subject to supplier terms.
6. No-Show Policy
If a customer does not show up for their flight, hotel, or tour without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
